Six things we do.
Nothing else, not yet.

We've seen what happens when an agency stretches across celebrity, nano-spam, content production, paid media, talent management, and SaaS dashboards in the same year. The work goes soft. This page is a contract with ourselves about scope.

Roster discovery

Included in any active engagement

A 4,000-creator mid-tier roster we have personally vetted. You see the same data we use to pitch.

  • 01

Per-creator audit pack: 90-day growth curve, fake-follower rate (HypeAuditor + manual sample), brand-history (last 24 months), content-safety flags.

  • 02

Filters by category, language, geography (state-level), platform, audience age band, gender split, and average story-completion rate.

  • 03

Refreshed monthly. Roster removals are explicit — if a creator drops, you see the date and reason.

Single-campaign brokerage

Flat 18% on creator spend, ex-GST

Brief → shortlist of nine → contracts → ASCI-scripted delivery → 14-day open-ledger report.

  • 01

Minimum engagement ₹3L creator spend. Bracket holds the master agreement; you receive a single GST invoice.

  • 02

Every brief is locked in writing before any creator is approached. Scope changes are amended, not absorbed.

  • 03

Disclosure script written into the first 10 seconds of every reel — per ASCI Influencer Guidelines, Apr 2025 update.

  • 04

Open-ledger report within 14 calendar days of last live post. Same numbers your dashboard sees.

Always-on ambassador programmes

12% retainer on creator spend · 6-month minimum

4 to 12 creators on long-form retainer. Monthly thematic briefs, whitelisting baked in.

  • 01

Roster locked for the engagement — no shuffle. Exclusivity within category is negotiated upfront.

  • 02

Monthly content cadence is contracted, not aspirational. Misses trigger a make-good window before fee accrual.

  • 03

Whitelisting rights and asset usage rights are scoped on signature. No surprise add-ons.

  • 04

Quarterly business review: blended CAC vs your paid-social baseline. We expect a number, not a vibe.

Whitelisting & boosted creator ads

Layered on II or III · standalone POA available

Meta Partnership Ads, YouTube collabs, LinkedIn Thought-Leader Ads — run from the creator handle, attributed to your pixel.

  • 01

Power-of-attorney signed by creator at contract; we manage the ad account hand-off cleanly.

  • 02

Spend pacing managed daily for the first 14 days, weekly thereafter. Reporting on our standard ledger.

  • 03

Whitelisting fee to the creator is +45–80% of the base deliverable rate, billed once at contract.

Performance-linked deals

From Q3 2026 · CPL / CPA with a floor

We share risk on outcomes — for brands we have run at least three prior campaigns with.

  • 01

Floor pays creator base rate regardless of outcome. Above the floor, structure is per-lead or per-order.

  • 02

Independent attribution: a third-party tracker on top of UTM + pixel, audited monthly.

  • 03

We will say no to deals where attribution is ambiguous. The math has to be defensible.

Compliance review (standalone)

Fixed fee · ₹1.2L per quarter audited

For brands already running their own creator ops. We audit one quarter against ASCI, DPDP, GST 194R and write the deficiency note.

  • 01

Sample of 25 placements per quarter, weighted to your highest-value spends.

  • 02

Output: a written deficiency note, a remediation checklist, and (if you want) scripted disclosure language for every active creator.

  • 03

Often the cheapest insurance you'll buy this year — especially given the 1,409 violations ASCI processed through Nov 2025, 94% of which were non-disclosure.
