    Three creators per platform with the full audit pack — fake-follower rate, recent history, content-safety flags.

  4. Day 7–10

    Contracts & disclosures

    Master agreement, statement of work, ASCI-compliant disclosure script, whitelisting POA if applicable.

  5. Day 11–18

    Live

    Posts go up on the agreed schedule. Dashboard link delivered Day 12. First reporting checkpoint Day 18.
